You are 100% correct, concern about personal fraud is no laughing matter. Hello WillWorkForYarn, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience on the phone and this credit card issue. Laughing at a customer trying to protect them self and THEIR business is not acceptable! Will not be returning to any of their property's! Why didn't she tell me, she knew why she was calling me. If they didn't know for sure they should have check prior to releasing the charges.

I mentioned the charges and she then explained that they had charges from last November and December that MAY not have gone through back then. They were AWESOME! Later, a person from the casino called (must have gotten my number from caller ID) and asked how she could assist me. Told her no way hung up and called the credit card company. Really, I am going to give my number to someone who burst into laughter when I expressed concern regarding fraud. We she returned she asked for my credit card number. She burst out laughing and asked to put me on hold. I told the person who answered the situation and told her 'I am concerned about fraud'.

We had not been to the casino for about four weeks so we immediately called the casino. Beware, 7 Cedars does NOT take credit card fraud seriously!!! Had two credit card alerts today for charges noting 'Card Not Presented'.
